This KML file contains helpful guidance for our local practice area procedures, including:
- Five tower-approved airport arrival gates
- Our local practice area boundaries
- Visually distinct air-to-air reporting points
- Airstrips and helipads not depicted on the FAA Charts

Adding to ForeFlight
Download the overlay
Click the download button above to save the file to your device.
Save locally to "Files" on Apple devices.
Import to ForeFlight
Enable the Overlay
Cleaning up old versions
Open ForeFlight, select "More" in the bottom right corner
Select "Custom Content" then "Custom Map Layers"
Swipe left or use Edit to delete any unneeded overlays
Multiple Layers
If you want to toggle the air-to-air reporting points, this makes it possible. However: You should know what's in our practice areas! If I hear you reporting nonsense like "18 miles southeast of Cape," I will find you and toggle the points on myself.
